One of the aspects I value most in this experience is the opportunity to contribute to industrial projects of significant relevance and complexity. However, I believe my professional growth stems not only from the technical and organisational challenges associated with these projects, but also from agap2 Indústria's commitment to continuous training and employee development.

Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to complement the experience gained on projects with specialised training aligned with my professional goals, strengthening my technical, coordination and project management skills.

This combination of hands-on experience and continuous learning has been essential in broadening my perspective on industrial project execution and in helping me face the challenges of demanding and multidisciplinary technical environments with greater confidence.
